Recently, a man has been tricking people out of their hard-earned money by pretending to offer services he never delivers. He promises quick help—such as investment opportunities, job placements, or immigration assistance—but after taking payment, he disappears or makes endless excuses.

Several victims have already reported losing large sums. His method is always similar:
- He approaches people who are stressed or urgently need help.
- He speaks very convincingly, showing fake documents or references.
- Once he gets the money, he becomes unreachable.
This message is to warn the public not to trust or send money to this individual. Always double-check credentials, get everything in writing, and avoid paying upfront to anyone you do not know personally.
